Arima Fund partnered with ACTSERV, a leading actuarial consulting firm in Kenya with over two decades of business visibility in 13 African countries, to enable the Fund to seek out superior investment opportunities in Kenya and beyond. Over the years, we have tailored our products to meet our members’ investment needs.
We are seeking to recruit a Financial Advisor, with 1-2 years’ sales and marketing experience within the financial services industry, to source, retain, and grow client base for Arima Fund Ltd.
Reporting to: Private Wealth Advisor
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis
- Fearless cold calling for business generation
- Participate in product launches and campaigns
- Client engagement and relationships management
- Skillfully closing sales and meeting the allocated sales targets
- Quality lead generation and effective follow-up on prospective opportunities
- Recommend and execute business strategies in line with the company’s objective
- Assess clients’ needs and goals to sell & cross-sell Arima investment products and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CMA regulation on private offers
- Performing other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or other relevant business-related field
- 1-2 years’ experience selling a financial product or in a sales role in the Financial Services industry
- Investment industry knowledge – an added advantage.

- Strong prospecting, salesmanship, negotiation, communication, networking, client relations, problem-solving & computer skills
